The AUS Solution Center, a one-stop shop for all your AUS service needs, ensures you have the resources and support you need to achieve your goals at AUS. It allows students and parents to meet with various vital offices in a centralized location. Whether you want to learn more about residential life or apply for a financial grant or scholarship, the friendly team at the solution center can answer your questions, help fill out forms, and much more. In addition to the team being on hand to answer questions, iPads are available so that students can complete administrative tasks with the assistance of our solution center team members.
Admission
At One Stop, we offer a streamlined process for prospective students seeking admission to the diverse range of programs offered by AUS. Our dedicated team provides comprehensive assistance, guiding applicants through every step of the admission process. From clarifying admission requirements to assisting with documentation and application submission, our aim is to simplify the entire process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for prospective students.

ID Cards
Collecting your AUS ID card from One Stop is a hassle-free experience. The One Stop staff is committed to delivering a seamless and customer-friendly service for students seeking information about renewing or collecting their ID cards.

One Stop offers a wide range of support services. Our coordinators are available to assist you with general information you may need regarding medical insurance, visa services, security services, library services, academic majors and much more.
