Mohamed Arafa is a renowned technologist with over two decades of experience leading innovation in the semiconductor industry. Specializing in process technology development, analog/RF design, and server platform architecture, Mohamed has played a key role in Intel's strategic technological advancements, including the architectural definition of Optane persistent memory and scalable memory systems for high-end servers. In addition to his industry contributions, Mohamed is deeply committed to academic collaboration, serving as an adjunct professor at Arizona State University and a senior member of IEEE. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA in High Technology from the University of Ariz...
