A Talk by Bill Lohefelm (November 2013)
The AUS Department of English and the Sharjah International Book Fair present a talk by Bill Lohefelm
American fiction writer Bill Loehfelm is the author of four novels, most recently The Devil in Her Way, the second in the Maureen Coughlin series, and his first set in New Orleans. His other books include The Devil She Knows, the first Maureen Coughlin novel, Bloodroot, and Fresh Kills, winner of the inaugural Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award. Loehfelm's fiction and non-fiction has also appeared in several anthologies including, Books to Die For, and Staten Island Noir.
Born in Brooklyn and raised on Staten Island, Loehfelm moved New Orleans in 1997. He lives in the historic Garden District with his wife, AC Lambeth, a writer and yoga instructor. When not writing, Bill plays drums with the Ibervillains, a rock and soul cover band.
