Leilat Tarab Halabiya by Ahmad Azrak (November 2014)
The AUS Cultural Events Committee in collaboration with the syrian cultural club present A concert by Syrian Folk singer Ahmed Azrak.
Accompanied with the famous Oud Player Mr. Amr Amouri, the performance will include variety of styles, mouwashahat, kodood halabeya, and tarab from legendary singers like Oum Kulthum, Abdel Wahab, Wadih Al Safi, Sabah Fakhri and others.
About the Performer:
Mr Ahmed Azrak has an experience of over 20 years of fame and popularity as a singer, Mr. Azrak has mastered the traditional Arabic music, Muwashahat and Koodood Halabiya. He is well known for his exceptionally strong vocals, impeccable execution of Maqamat and harmony, as well as charismatic performances.
He has numerous performance in many Arab countries and capitals, Gulf region, Europe and the States.
He was the main performer on the Salateen al Tarab band. He is considered as an excellent performer of authentic Arabic Tarab
