Student employees get decision-making skills training
Forty-seven American University of Sharjah (AUS) students attended a training session entitled Decision Making Skills on November 16. The session covered topics including the key steps and techniques in decision making and managing responsibilities and pressure while making decisions.
"As part of Student Employment Office's Vocational Skills Training Program, this training session is aimed at enhancing students' skills for their personal growth as well as to help them become more productive in the workplace and efficient in their roles as student workers," said Dr. Moza Al Shehhi, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs.
The training session was organized by the Student Employment Office of the Office of Student Affairs in collaboration with Dr. Jeffrey Baker, Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Information System (MIS), who conducted the session.
