Outreach Program
Since 2008, the Achievement Academy Outreach Program (AAOP) has been offering opportunities to government, corporate clients and individuals to learn English.
Our program provides customized English for Special Purposes (ESP) courses to meet the needs of learners who intend to use English in professional contexts. We offer courses at several levels using the latest educational technology. We also contribute to developing participants’ soft skills, particularly business skills.
The Outreach Program also offers dedicated Academic English and Test Preparation courses to support AUS Bridge Program students who need additional instruction through our English Language Preparation Contract (ELPC) courses.
The Outreach Program instructors also offer one-on-one sessions, which can be taken separately or combined with our broader ESP or ELPC courses.

Welcome to the AUS Achievement Academy Outreach Program!
Our primary focus is enhancing English language skills for students, job seekers and professionals. We aim to train individuals from government and private institutions and attract students from the Sharjah community to our university's educational offerings.
Our curriculum is designed to cultivate language skills, equipping individuals for success in the dynamic global landscape of the 21st century. In addition to language acquisition, our program prioritizes critical thinking, creativity, teamwork and communication skills. By integrating technology, media literacy and life skills into our interactive classroom activities, we aim to foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and interaction.

Courses For Government, Corporations and Professionals
The Outreach Program courses offer flexible and personalized instruction to meet the varied needs of our students. Our clients typically require a range of specialized English language and business skills support, which we meet through our English for Special Purposes (ESP) offering.
Business English helps professionals with essential communication skills for the business environment, while Technical English focuses on technical terminology and report writing for engineers and technical professionals. These targeted courses enhance learners' proficiency and performance in their specific fields. In addition to helping clients achieve English proficiency for various business contexts, our courses equip participants with essential skills for success in the professional world, such as CV and interview preparation and business communication.

Courses For Prospective AUS Students
The Outreach Program delivers English Language Preparation Contract (ELPC) courses that offer AUS Bridge Program students who did not meet the Bridge Program entry requirements or need additional English language support to matriculate from the Bridge Program. Community students and professionals can also enroll in our ELPC courses, but only those approved by the program and who meet the language requirements are eligible.
We offer two ELPC courses:
- ELP 001C - English Language Preparation
- ELP 231C - Test Preparation
