The First Year Experience (FYE) program supports first-year students by offering them opportunities to engage meaningfully with the AUS community and learn skills that promote academic success.
The FYE Pathway is a unique opportunity for first-year students to grow in areas that are typically the greatest challenge for them. First-years can earn a certificate and meet one of the requirements for the first-year honor society by completing tasks in each of the below categories:
How can first-years complete the FYE Pathway?
We know your first year at university can be challenging and that you might have more questions, especially after you have a few weeks under your belt. FYE Connect is a mid-semester check-in! During this event, you’ll connect with AUS faculty, staff administrators, AND you’ll have the exclusive opportunity to meet individually with an FYE Ambassador (an experienced student) to reflect on your experience at AUS and learn about AUS services. Be on the lookout for your invitation to this memorable occasion!

Alpha Lambda Delta (ALD) is an international honor society for high achieving first-year students. It provides a community for young scholars, a platform for developing your leadership skills, and an opportunity for financial support through scholarships.
