We evaluate your career goals, review your resume, help you prepare for job interviews, assist you in creating a job search strategy and advise you on career-changing decisions. Internships, Jobs and Other Opportunities |
Ensuring that our students develop professionally is among our top priorities. We connect our students and alumni to the best employers and opportunities in the field that matches their interests. We can help you gain hands-on experience and knowledge directly from professionals through a wide variety of opportunities such as internships, part-time and full-time jobs, freelance projects, job shadowing, competitions and community service. The AUS Career Portal is a great source for students and alumni to search for jobs and internship opportunities. Students and alumni create their profiles and submit their resumes through the portal. Career Explorer Program |
The Career Explorer Program will help students explore several career pathways, assess career fit, and gain valuable insight into the world of work. Students will acquire various skills, develop job search strategies, and gain hands-on experience by getting the chance to shadow professionals from the workplace. |

Areej Alamin, junior environmental sciences student, joined the Career Explorer Program. “I found the program very helpful. I learned about my values and explored different career choices that fit my personality by completing two career assessments. I also got the opportunity to participate in the job shadow experience at Sharjah Government Media Bureau, where I look forward to getting an internship this summer.” Dania Al Sheikh, senior mass communication student. “I attended the CAS Career Open Day and had the opportunity to meet many companies. When I spoke with the representatives of Al Arabiya News Channel, I learned what opportunities they are offering. I also attended an information session by Arab media, which was very beneficial for students eager to work in this industry.” |
