The IXO Manager will support the IXO Director in delivering projects within scope, time, and budget. The successful candidate will work closely with the IXO Director, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals align with business objectives, meeting and/or exceeding expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Program Development & Management: Oversee and design international exchange office programs, ensuring they are aligned with the university’s academic goals and students' needs.
- Partnership Management: Develop, build, and maintain relationships with partner institutions abroad, facilitating agreements and mutual collaborations.
- Student Advising: Provide mentorship and guidance to students interested in studying abroad, the application process, and cultural adjustment.
- Development of International Internship Alliances: Establish and nurture partnerships with other institutions and organizations to create internship opportunities for students, enhancing their global career prospects and practical experience.
- Budget Management: Manage the office’s budget, ensuring funding is available for scholarships, office costs, and activities.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field: Business Management or Administration.
- Required Experience of 8 Years and above.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- High Level of EQ.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset.
- Strong Managerial Skills in project management.
