Manager | International Exchange Office (IXO)

The IXO Manager will support the IXO Director in delivering projects within scope, time, and budget. The successful candidate will work closely with the IXO Director, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals align with business objectives, meeting and/or exceeding expectations.

Job Responsibilities    

• Program Development & Management: Oversee and design international exchange office programs, ensuring they are aligned with the university’s academic goals and students' needs.
• Partnership Management: Develop, build, and maintain relationships with partner institutions abroad, facilitating agreements and mutual collaborations.
• Student Advising: Provide mentorship and guidance to students interested in studying abroad, the application process, and cultural adjustment.
• Development of International Internship Alliances: Establish and nurture partnerships with other institutions and organizations to create internship opportunities for students, enhancing their global career prospects and practical experience.
• Budget Management: Manage the office’s budget, ensuring funding is available for scholarships, office costs, and activities.

Qualifications and Skills Required    

• Bachelor’s degree in related field: Business Management or Administration.
• Required Experience of 8 Years and above.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• High Level of EQ.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset.
• Strong Managerial Skills in project management.
