Ali Mirzaei joined AUS in 2014. His research interests are banking performance, financial regulations, finance and growth, and Islamic finance. Dr. Mirzaei has published several papers in key finance and economics journals, such as the'Journal of Banking and Finance,'Journal of Financial Stability'and'Economica.'He also has professional experience in a development bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the United National Development Organization (UNIDO).
