Emin Gahramanov joined Deakin University (Melbourne, Australia) after his PhD in Economics. At Deakin he was promoted to Senior Lecturer in Economics. His primary area of research interests include intertemporal consumption, saving, and labor supply behavior, rationality and intergenerational-transfers and exchanges. Dr. Gahramanov has published in various academic journals such as International Economic Review, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Economica, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Economic Record, among many others. His teaching interests are wide, but they primarily revolve around macroeconomics and quantitative methods in economics.
