Dr. Oualid Hammi
Professor

Since 2015, Oualid Hammi has been an associate professor of electrical engineering at the American University of Sharjah, Sharjah, UAE. He has also been an adjunct associate professor with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary, Canada, since 2015. From 2010 to 2015, he was a faculty member with the Department of Electrical Engineering, at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Hammi co-authored two books, one Encyclopedia chapter, and over 100 technical papers. He holds 13 US patents, and is regular reviewer for several IEEE journals. Dr. Hammi won the College of Engineering Research Excellent Award at AUS in 2019.
