The First International Conference on Communications, Signal Processing and their Applications (ICCSPA'13) will provide a forum for scientists and academics engaged in research and development to convene and present their latest scholarly work in communications and signal processing. A number of distinguished speakers will be invited to deliver keynote lectures. Diverse tutorial sessions by leading experts will be held on February 11, 2013.
