The Second UAE Conference on Pure and Applied Chemistry (ECPAC16) (March 2016)

The Department of Biology, Chemistry and Environmental Sciences at American University of Sharjah (AUS) is proud to host the Second UAE Conference on Pure and Applied Chemistry (ECPAC16).

The conference provides a platform for facilitating and encouraging the exchange of ideas and recent advances in the field between researchers from industry, academia, governmental and non-governmental organizations and agencies. The main focus of the conference is to establish links between classical chemistry and emerging innovative technologies.

The scientific program includes keynote plenary lectures as well as oral and poster presentations.Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, catalysis, computational chemistry, inorganic chemistry, instrumentation, material and surface sciences, medicinal chemistry, nanotechnology, electrochemistry, organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, physical chemistry, environmental chemistry, forensic applications, and green and sustainable energy.
