Chef Anthony Warner, also known as the Angry Chef, will read from his latest book Ending Hunger: The Quest to Feed the World Without Destroying It. In this fireside chat, Warner will share his bold perspectives on food security, health and environmental sustainability. Books will be available for sale and signing after the event.

About the Speaker
Anthony Warner is an experienced and professional chef who moved from a successful career in restaurants and outside catering to developing products as the Head Development Chef of the UK's largest food manufacturer. He now consults for food manufacturers and retailers on matters of innovation, communication and health. He is an associate of the Fruition Food Accelerator, supporting nascent food businesses in the North of England.
