AUS Model United Nations Annual Conference 2025 (February 2025)
The Department of International Studies (INS) at AUS is proud to host the AUS Model United Nations (MUN), an esteemed event that brings together bright young minds from around the world. Organized under the guidance of INS faculty, AUSMUN welcomes delegates from local and regional high schools, as well as participants from countries such as India, Pakistan and the United Kingdom. During the conference, delegates engage in dynamic debates on pressing global issues, from nuclear proliferation to food security. Since its inception in 2007, AUSMUN has grown significantly, expanding from 180 delegates in 2014 to an impressive 1,200 participants in Spring 2023, making it one of the largest and most impactful MUN conferences in the region.
