AUS hosts 15th Annual Chancellor’s Award Ceremony
American University of Sharjah (AUS) held its 15th Annual Chancellor's Award Ceremony recently.
The recipients of the 2013 Chancellor's Awards were Muneer Abdulla, Raja Subramanya and Aissa Zahaf. Honorable mentions were given to Divakaran Parambil, Muhamed Razzak, Shahid Nadeem Khan, Sunil Pattila, Sally Rezek, Tahseer Zahra Ali and Virgilio Mateo.
Dr. Thomas J. Hochstettler, Provost and Acting Chancellor, presented special plaques to employees who have completed 15 years of service at AUS. These included Abdulnajeeb Kunju, Ahmed Osman Yousef, Ali Thuppilikat, Amal Al Muzaini, Badr Eldin Amin El Banna, Carole Chachati, Ezz Taha, Feda Hourani, Feria Ferrao, Haris Mundock, Jinane Khatib, Laith Elya, Lazario Fernandes, Lubna Yousif, Madathil Hashim, Mohamed Samsudeen, Mohammed Haseef Mundockil, Munketh Taha, Nabeel Amireh, Nawrange Mohammed Amin, Nazzal Yousef Nazzal, Nevine Ezzat, Noora Nuzhat Abedin, Pulikkal Sasi, M. Rahiman Sheriff, Rula Farouk Shahin, Sartaj Ali Saifi, Vasant Anchan and Zubair Azhikkodantakath.
