CAAD professor shares work in TogetherALONE

The College of Architecture, Art and Design (CAAD) at American University of Sharjah (AUS) hosted a lecture entitled "TogetherALONE," yesterday, December 26. During the presentation, Joanna Bielski, Adjunct Professor at CAAD, shared her paintings, drawings and inspirations in her pursuit to maintain a perpetual "state of becoming."

Bielski's wide-ranging work draws on her interest in the human figure, intense colors, and various psychological states of being alone and in a relationship. She presented her work chronologically, starting with her student work in Warsaw, Poland, and her professional, exhibited work in Los Angeles, California.
