The Office Attendant will support the functions of the College of Arts and Sciences, with specific assigned duties in the Dean’s Office of the College of Arts and Sciences.
Job Responsibilities
- Greeting and catering for all visitors of the Dean’s Office of CAS.
- Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office, storeroom, and pantry.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Photocopying, scanning, and processing information as needed to serve the Dean’s Office of CAS.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Assisting and setting up for events.
- Clerical duties as and when required.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Dean or the Assistant to the Dean.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Experience in a similar role.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
