AUS holds certificate ceremony for ADNOC trainees
The Achievement Academy Outreach Program at American University of Sharjah (AUS) held the Fall 2015 certificate ceremony for 18 employees from ADNOC who completed a Distribution English program held October 4 to December 10, 2015.
The trainees, all staff members from ADNOC Distribution, completed a 10-week, 300-hour program of English.
Dr. Christine Grosse, Director of the Achievement Academy, spoke at the ceremony and commended the students on their hard work. "We are delighted to have you at AUS and we hope that when you come back you will feel like this is your home. You are part of us now, and hopefully will keep AUS in your heart and as a source of education," said Dr. Grosse.
Speaking at the ceremony was Lina Hejjawi, Achievement Academy Outreach Manager at AUS, who said, "We are happy to see you at the ceremony having more confidence in using the language and we are looking forward to more collaboration with ADNOC in the future."
This was the fourth certificate ceremony with ADNOC Distribution and was part of the AUS's mission to engage fruitfully with organizations in the emirates.
