AUS faculty secure grant to develop AI-powered virtual CEOs for management education
American University of Sharjah (AUS) faculty members Alaa Hamade and Ali Khawaja, both Senior Instructors of Management, have been awarded a grant for their pioneering project, Developing AI-Powered Simulation Chatbots as Virtual CEOs for Management Education. This initiative will integrate artificial intelligence (AI)-driven simulation chatbots into the Fundamentals of Management (MGT 201) course, allowing students to engage in realistic, scenario-based interviews with virtual chief executive officers. By merging AI technology with experiential learning, the project aims to enhance critical thinking, managerial decision-making and real-world problem-solving skills. This innovation underscores AUS’ commitment to advancing business education through cutting-edge, interactive learning experiences that prepare students for the evolving corporate landscape.
